To qualify for the high school award, applicants must (each high school will have one recipient):

  • Be a senior at Yorba Linda, Valencia, Esperanza and El Dorado High School

  • Plan to attend an accredited 2-year college

  • Hope to study philosophy or law

To qualify for the AA degree holder award, applicants must:

  • Be a graduating student at Santiago Community College

  • Plan to transfer to an accredited 4-year college

  • Hope to study philosophy or law
